We are absolutely delighted to announce the appointment of Colin Hogg as our new Musical Director.

Colin brings with him a wealth of experience at the very highest levels of banding. A former Army Bandmaster, trained at the Royal Military School of Music, Kneller Hall, Colin has led bands across the UK at Championship, 1st and 2nd Section level, achieving outstanding contest successes along the way. His career includes leadership roles with numerous respected bands, champion results at regional and national level, and a strong reputation for musical discipline, presentation, and player development .

The band was recently promoted and is now proudly competing in the 2nd Section. We are hugely excited about the future under Colin’s musical direction as Bratton Silver Band continues to grow and develop.
