Bratton Brass Band is our second band and is for intermediate players. Although not currently a contesting band, it is a performance band that takes on a number of events during the year.
Rehearsals: 6pm to 7:45pm, Friday

Lydia Grace Hills – Musical Director
Lydia Grace Hills is a Wiltshire born and bred musician and music educator. She joined Trowbridge and District Youth Band when she was 7 and immediately fell in the love with the Brass Band tradition.
Having gained her BMus Hons at Royal Holloway University of London and studied under Philippe Schartz (principal trumpet of the BBC National Orchestra of Wales), she returned back to the land she loves to pursue two of her great loves – Brass Bands and education.
Now a freelance Brass teacher, musical director and musician in the area she enjoys juggling various different Brass projects with mothering her two beautiful but busy boys. Lydia’s passion is keeping this wonderful and uniquely British tradition thriving in the community.
